"It was delivered via UPS which is normally not a problem. I wasn’t home to receive it since I was at work. When I called UPS to arrange for me to pick up, they stated that I couldn’t because the shipper put a hold on it and only the shipper could remove the hold. It was after business hours and a holiday weekend. So I had to take time off of work (I missed a half a day of work) to wait for my package to be delivered. This was unexceptable."

"Besides arriving three days late, one of the three diamonds in the piece does not match the other two diamonds. It is yellow and the other two are white. They should all be white. It is so ugly, i couldn't give it as a Christmas gift to go with the matching earrings I bought in your physical store. Plus the packaging was horrific. It did not come in the maroon helzberg outer box, just a cheap version of the traditional necklace clamp box tossed into an envelope so it was damaged too. Totally disappointed in the whole experience."
