"I got two seeds, an auto and a fem. The auto grew about two three inches, stayed that size, then flowered pitifully. No matter what I did, that plant did not grow. I wasn't bugged about it, free seed.
The fem never sprouted. It sent out a very small initial root and jus never put out the energy to grow. After two weeks I contacted the support email. A week after my first email someone named Gabriel answered, asking for my germination method and a picture or two. I obliged, as I saved the seed and kept it "germinating" so it would stay intact. It was basically mush, regardless. A week after sending the email with the information requested, I get a response. "Try putting the seed in soil." What seed? There is no more seed. I let them know that I no longer have the seed. It was not viable the moment I emailed them two weeks prior. I understand following a script or having procedure but this doesn't work when you're only able to email a customer once a week.
I was offered a new seed with my next purchase a week later (this is now three weeks!!) I instead requested that I be sent the replacement seed without purchase, as I will most likely not be buying again. It is now four weeks since my initial customer service email and I am waiting for a response. If they cannot do that a refund will be requested. If I can edit this review after this is resolved, I will. "
