"Worst online company there is! I ordered a bottle of Marc Jacobs fragrance and made an instant payment with PayPal. They never sent me any emails on the order status, and when I checked online two weeks later it said the order was cancelled. Customer service (in India) tried to tell me my credit card was not charged, then promised a refund within 48 hours when I told them it was PayPal. They have still not issued a refund, nor will they respond to my email or phone inquiries. I filed a claim with PayPal but they are not responding to PayPal either.

Stay away from this company no matter what any other reviewers might say.

"I would never purchase from them again. 10 days after they charged my credit card they haven't shipped the order. They don't respond to emails. No listed phone number."

"Absolutely THE WORST online retailer!!!!!
- 7 days after my order was processed, they sent me an email saying that one of the items I ordered was out of stock, and it would take two weeks+ to get the item in stock.
- There was no phone number I could reach their customer service. Unbelievable.
- Canceling an order is not easy. They try to charge you for doing it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
- Since I've placed an order, they keep sending me promotional email I don't want. I went to "Unsubscribe" link, but they would not remove me from auto-subscription list. So I have to put their address in the junkmail filter. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

"They did not send all of the order and did not promise to send the reamining part of the order after it had been restocked. They said I should reorder the remainder (and pay the postage). They have no phone number to call, their contact page fails when you try to send a message and they don't respond to emails to their ****@**** address they list on the website. I have ordered from them in the past, but MO MORE!"

"The ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE I have EVER received from an online vendor!

First, they took 2 weeks to ship after stating that they usually ship in 1-2 business days. Then when I received my order there was an item missing because it was on "B.O." (I assumed this meant "backordered" but after closer inspection of the invoice it actually means "cancelled" by their definition.) I should have been notified of this when the order was placed.

But the worst part? I have not received a refund for the cancelled item. Now I have to chase after THEM to get my money back.

TERRIBLE!! DO NOT USE!!!
