"Company overbuilds and overcharges their clients. I witnesses one dozen high end speakers billed to client while only one speaker was being installed. Service managers are rude and if you run into a problem or have a complaint that needs a solution they do not return your call. Materials are always backordered so techs have to stand around and bill the client while they wait weeks for materials to arrive. Meanwhile they have parts shipped to site for other jobs/ inventory on their clients tab. Worse customer service in the world. Avoid at all costs."
