"I ordered two bolt carrier groups, and they both look used (when looking at the face of the bolt). Not to mention the fact that one BCG has no firing pin and no firing pin retaining pin.

Immediately after discovering my issues with the BCG's, Heroes Tactical contacted me and, without question, offered to send me two new ones and pay for the return of the original two I was sent. When the replacements arrived, they were as expected, with excellent tolerances. My other "new" BCG's from other manufacturers always go into battery with both Go and No-Go gauges. The ones from Heroes are machined extremely well, as they go into battery with only the Go gauge. Thank you Heroes Tactical for going out of your way for a single customer. Your service will not be forgotten and you will always have me as a customer."
