"I will NEVER shop from this company again! I had placed my order on 1/29/07 and only half my items have shipped. I had to call them twice to inquire about the last item on my order. They told me it was on backorder, and no one had called me nor sent me an email nor was it indicated on the invoice. The customer service was horrible. I had asked whether I will get the item on time since I was expecting to give it to a friend as a gift. Needless to say, it will not arrive on time. They told me I will get it on March 6. Over 1 month since the time I placed the order!! They didn't even bother expediting my order considering it was THEIR fault! I should've known better since this company has some bad inventory problems based on what I read from other review sites. I hope they will stop sending me their catalogs cause it'll just end up in my recycling bin."
