"Ordering from this website was the worst gift giving experience that I have ever had.
I ordered a gift tower for one of my employees and filled out the form with the full address, including the person's name and the company name. (We have multiple companies in our building) My confirmation included the correct shipping address.
The package never came, so I tracked it. When they shipped the package they only put the address on the box, not the individual's name, so the receptionist put the candy out for the building.
When I wrote to their customer service to complain, sending photos of the misaddressed label and the confirmation email, (as stated procedure in their confirmation) I received a canned email that said, "We want you to know that we appreciate you taking the time to convey your opinion and will be more than happy to pass along your comments.
We always value any type of feedback our consumers have regarding our products and services. " This is ALL it said. It didn't even address my problem. I spent $50 on a gift that never arrived because they addressed the package wrong.
Not only will I never order from this website again, I will question purchasing any Hershey product in the future.
