"Our congregation purchased 200 chairs from Hertz 9 years ago. Both the fabric and glides have worn horribly. The plastic glides have fallen out of about 50% of the chairs. I contacted a sales rep named Sue Smith 2 weeks ago to buy new glides. She could not even find our order in the system. I emailed her a pic of our chairs and she wasn't sure which ones they were so she had 2 sample glides sent. After waiting 2 weeks I followed up since I didn't receive the correct ones and so much time had passed. She said that she was very busy and that she was doing me a courtesy by helping me. I couldn't believe my ears. I told her that just because we bought them 9 years ago doesn't make us any worse of a customer. Why is SHE doing ME a favor??!! Then she had me speak to her boss, Maralyn Ross. She was also little help. She found our order in the system from 9 years ago but said the chairs were discontinued by their manufacturer. She also told me that glides were not warranted by them. That's not what their warranty says!! There is a limited lifetime warranty is no exception taken for chair glides. . She kept ignoring the request multiple times. Extremely unhelpful when it came time to customer service for their poor quality chairs. "
