"I purchased 4 STI Black Allow 17" Wheels from Heuberger Subaru in Colorado. I live in Richmond VA. Coordinating the receipt of the wheels to my home, with the arrival of a Brand New Car Ordered from Subaru in Japan to be delivered 100 miles away, went perfect. The Parts/Service person that I worked with, Alec, kept me up to date from shipping to delivery. Each wheel was safely packaged in its own box; 2 sets, of 2 boxes each, were banded together with heavy duty plastic bands; easy to pick up and easy to deliver to my front porch without any damage! Alec even called the day after my online order to confirm that the wheel ordered was a perfect fit for the newly ordered Subaru that did not yet have a VIN. Excellent customer service.

"It’s hard to tell if you are in stock at the dealership or at some other location. Drove to dealership as I saw that it was in stock when I purchased from online and the warehouse is separate from dealership so I have to cancel order from online. Most businesses are allowing online pick up in store type deal and this was confusing since it follows a different structure for purchases. Needless to say I would prefer convenience over dealer prices and would have gladly paid for the price I paid for the radiator cap at the dealer knowing I was leaving with it then to get it from online when you have to wait on it to be shipped."
