"The ordering of parts was ok from phone to web, didn't expect to need to order online but with credit card security ok. Ordered parts and didn't get the response, I had to call, numbers on e-mails are not accurate, I had to call parts and then get transferred both times I needed to call to change a delivery address and then to see why the order had not been shipped, I take it you don't have the inventory and items need to be ordered and then shipped but not the best communication. Order was shipped and then fed x closed on Saturday, no delivery, then Memorial Day, and then the order got bumped to Wednesday, not Tuesday which you would have expected. The shipping is not Heuberger's fault I know that but, I had purchased parts before and didn't have any issues what so ever I got the parts in two days and your prices are more than competitive. I have referred people to you, my daughter purchased a car as well as a good friend, both I believe in 2017. I will still utilize you in the future your company has a great reputation and the good service in the past has not been forgotten. "
