"Order #9965695: I have ordered parts many times in person at the desk at Hueburger parts service. Wishing to help facilitate productivity, I decided to try an online order as the people behind the counter are always flooded with phones to answer and questions by in person customers. My average time waiting before and during the process of my in person orders typically took 15 to 20 minutes. And I always got the feeling that personnel there called me as soon as they receive the order. The longest I had to wait for an in person Special order is 3 to 4 business days. My First online order I placed a few weeks ago now took a total of three weeks from the day I placed the online order to the time it arrived in the mail box 1 hour away from Hueburger. A day or two could be taken off because of my negligence to return an email from Alec questioning whether I wanted to cancel a couple items on back order or not. It took me about a day or less to respond. After the order was placed by Alec I kept checking every few days the link to my status of my order and it never changed. So I called Alec to be sure everything was on schedule as far as he knew and he had stated some of the items did come in and he didn’t know if the other other items had come yet and he checked while I was on the phone and he said they just came in And he would see that they get shipped. This was a Tuesday I believe, and the package arrived in the mail Saturday… One hour away from Hueburger. I am attempting just to state the facts here for any party concern. I did receive my order minus the back ordered items that I had removed. But if my productivity is a factor, And time is of the essence of such productivity, Given my experience I’ve explained here, I would place my order in person and then pick it up in person If it was not in stock,and pay the extra cost of losing the online discount. "

"I've tried looking for the parts on different websites, and all of them didn't have exactly what I was looking for. I shopped online through the subaru parts before and i've never had an issue when it comes to finding the exact part I need. Having the blue prints really makes things a whole lot easier, definitely will be buying more things in the future (hoping that I won't have too) but if I do. This is where I will coming again."

I did just that and the part was packaged and on its way to me the next day. I recieved the exact part I needed and order in three business days and my Subaru is back on the road. I also received status emails from Alec for placing my order, estimated ship date, and ship date with tracking information. Fast, easy and satisfying experience."

I had tried to order from another dealer, but their site wouldn't process my payment, the same one I used for Heuberger. Delivery was timely.
