"I placed an order with HeyYouBaby.com for replacement parts to my Avent breast pump. They were out of stock for two of the items, replacement valves and the breast shield that can work on the breast pump as well. They offered me a better quality breast shield and said it would be the same as the one I had ordered. I received the product and it was not compatible with my breast pump. I called the company back and the proceeded to tell me that it was my fault for not stating that i was using it with my breast pump they could not refund me my money or send me the product I had initially ordered. Sorry, but when someone tells you that they are the same thing and only tells you that the difference is that one is more comfortable than the other it should be their fault for leaving out information about the differences in the product. I will never order from this company again! Very rude to their customers and are not apologetic at all."

Did have a little trouble with the site, when ordering I also was setting up an account at the same time. A snafu happened and the order was not placed but I was placed on their mailing list somehow. Then I called to find out what was going on, and no one called back in almost a 24 hour period (I had called twice and left a message in the late afternoon and the next morning). So I sent an e-mail and got a very fast reply from Jennifer, who was very helpful and wonderful to e-mail with. Went back to set up the account first, then after I was sure that was set up, then I placed my order, and everything worked out. Pump shipped out very quickly, I ordered it on 3/21 and it arrived on my door step on 3/24!! Have not tested out the product yet due to child not here yet, but everything was in the box that should of been in there."

I ordered a Medela swing breast pump on Feb24th, after a week I was wondering why it still haven't arrived, so check the website and found that it is still pending. I e-mail them on March 2nd 3 times, sending message on the "live support" ( which seems always off line all the time), I finally got an replay on March 3rd in e-mail claimed that they can't successfully charged my credit card. Then I replied to them right away, saying that I have other credit to use, I wanted to call them to take care of it the first thing on Monday, March 4th, since I need it by March 11th for friend as gift. But so far I got no reply, today is March 5th 9:28am mountain time. Again, I called them ( it is very hard to find the phone no. on their website.), e-mail again and still no ANY RESPONSE. I don't think today is a holiday. I saw the price quote on their website increase from 129 to 139 though, I'm wondering if they try to charge more, so very lazy to response.
I'm so upset and just order the pump from ebay, and pay an shipping expedite fee! Well, this is just a vendor has horrible service, and not reliable at all if the time and service are important for you. But yes, their price is low when I did all the research online. But I will never do business with them AGAIN!!! EVER!!!
