"I placed my order on may 6th and added the $42 for 2 day delivery, Tonight is May 14th and I still have not received the product yet. First the product was not delivered on day 2, so I called them on may 9th. They said it had left the store and was on a Fed Ex truck. then the next day still not here so I called again and asked what was going on. They said that there was some problem with delivery's. I asked about my $42 dollars and was told it would be credited back to my bank account and that I should have my product soon, I waited another day and called again, and was told that UPS delivered my product 10 minutes ago. I am standing at my door and had checked my mail box and there was not a delivery made and told the customer service guy this. He said he would check into it for me. The next day they told me they delivered my product to a woman in another town. Still no product and no $42 showing back on my bank account. First they said Fed Ex had it and then UPS delivered to another person, now, Thursday, I am told they are overnighting me my product, but maybe it will be Saturday, and maybe not all of it, for they are short in the warehouse on the product. In the past, they always were Tops, I am not sure why now the change"
