"I ordered a stacking kit for a washer/dryer on-line. The HHGregg website showed that the only store that had the kit in stock was in Sanford. I drove from Daytona Beach to Sanford to pick it up at the store. When I arrived the salesman told me that they didn't stock the stacking kits and they would have to order it. After explaining what the website stated the manager said that they used that kit for the display and refused to let me have that one. His attitude was below satisfactory and he refused to check other stores close by to find out if they could get it. When I returned to Daytona Beach after a 100 mile round trip I was so angry that I went to the Daytona Beach store to cancel the order and get a refund. When I entered the store and told the salesman what had happened he asked the manager if they could resolve the issue. The manager searched and found that they had one in their inventory. I will not go back to the Sanford store, but the Staff at the Daytona Store saved a customer."
