"Have ordered from them twice and most of the DVDs didnt ship on both orders. Thier inventory system is so inaccurate most titles are not in stock even though they say they are. Not sure if I will continue use them, in this day and age inventory trackign should be more accurate"

"In the past I've always found HIDEFDVD to be very good. The orders are processed and despatched very quickly, and on the rare occassions there are problems (most of which turn out to be the delivery service rather than the site itself) they are extremely helpful in sorting things out in a fast and friendly manner.
Unfortunately there was a slight problem with this particular order. Although the actual fault was again with the delivery service (Fedex went to the wrong house!) there appears to be a problem with the HIDEFDVD website as I have been unable to access it for a couple of days now, and was therefore unable to obtain the shipment tracking number, which caused some problems when I tried to contact the delivery courier directly. Fortunately the delivery issue was eventually resolved, and I would certainly have no problem with using HIDEFDVD in the future, if their site gets up and running again."
