They sent an email saying my order shipped, but when it arrived there was no Amp. Just a letter in the package saying the amp is on backorder.
I emailed them asking for a refund and they say only a store credit.
So basically they sold me something they did not have to sell, and are now holding my money for ransom!!! WHAT THE HECK?!?!

I've called that number, nobody answers. Nor do they reply to my emails, NOR did they reply to my PayPal dispute.
If you want to make things right and give me a refund, do so through PayPal. At this point it's out of my hands, as I've turned it over to PayPal, and disputed the charge on my credit card."

"This is one of the worst companies selling on ebay for customer service after the sale. They seem to be able to send stuff out from their drop shipper BUT if you have a problem you are completely out of luck. It has been over two months since I have ordered from this company. I have yet to recieve my refund and have recieved two DOA items. I have spent over $55.00 shipping their products to and from. These people NEVER answer their phone all lines go to voicemail after playing the same clip of music "pretending" that you are being transfered. The email support is extremely slow. It will take you at least 3 days to get a response and then they will confuse you with another customer and not answer any of your questions. Email is the only way to contact this company. The live support option on their site has never been online either. If you look into their feedback over the past few months you will find that almost every negative feedback is for the same thing. NO COMMUNICATION! Much has been mutually retracted because they always left retaliatory feedback in direct violation of ebay policy. Leaving negative feedback and reporting them to your credit card company is the only way to get any result from this company. They even ignore requests from PayPal. I was informed by PayPal that the reason my dispute was taking so long was that HFSC was not responding to them promptly. All in All this is not a gamble worth taking. Whoever their supplier is does a good job drop shipping products for them but as far as customer service goes they have NONE! There are far better sellers on ebay advertising equal and even lower prices with a far better track record for customer service. Due to the new eBay feedback system they will either have to improve or will simply get what is coming to them in the way of terrible feedback. They may improve but I will never buy from them again. They have treated me terribly and delayed my install by months and cost me my hard earned money. I strongly discourage giving these people your money. There are far better and safer deals to be found on ebay. I wish I had done my homework before buying from them. Good luck shopping. Down with HiFiSoundConnection!

I have there is nothing there. Same goes for everyone else. You are not sending emails that is why your customers aren't recieving them. Nice try but I'm no fool.

"My order was placed online without a problem. when i received the package it was damaged due to improper handling. i tried to reach hifi sound connection relentlessly through phone calls and email and did not get a response for over a day. by that time i had already placed claim with the credit card company as well as ups. i was contacted by hifi sound connection representatives via email and was told "all i had to do was tell us" which i tried. after i voiced my opionion back to hifi sound about their lack of customer contact and relation skills, they responded "we took care of it so i don't want to hear your bitchin". that was the icing on the cake as they say. i would never do business with them again."

"My initial order went well. I had my tracking number the same day and the item arrived 3 days later. However, the item did not work properly. I contacted the seller and followed their process. This process seemed to take forever! After minimal contact from the seller, I found out that they sent the item back to the company for replacement. After about 6-8 weeks, I finally received a totally working item. I just think the communication should be a little better if something is wrong with the item. All in all I did receive a good item from the seller."
