"I was sent a newer "matte" finish Stinger wire and the auction is for an older "glossy" Stinger series. This would not be an issue if it wasn't for my show car that is wired completely with glossy already. I sent muliple e-mails which I didn't get a response to. Yes I check the "bulk" mail box as yahoo there spam box. I called the 1-877 number and left messages, no call back. Is there really anyne there to answer? I have my doubts. So at this point I was going to live with it because it's not worth anymore of my time and I can't get an RA# from them and I am not giving them anymore money. Also I believe it's not covered because it "cut" wire. So I leave an Ebay negative feedback because its the wrong wire and they won't contact me. SO - they open an UNPAID DISPUTE almost a month later. why? I obviously paid for the item, you shipped it to me. I have had the wire almost 3 weeks. I have every reciept from paypal and there own site in my e-mail proveing payment. Even my credit card statement that my paypal is linked to. I called paypal tonight and they verified that it had been paid. I think that was a really low move to file the unpaid dispute when it completely false. They still say I "negged them to neg them" Unbelieveable. I will not buy buy HiFi again. Please do not contact me with an RA, I just want to be done with it. False claims are not a way to conduct a reputable business. Shame on you!

Not to be completely negative about the whole deal. They have great prices, reasonable shipping and it was received in a timely manner.

"With regard to Darrens response...BS...I have never heard from you. There was never a PM sent to me. Your canned response about checking spam filters is BS as well. You were not my csr, it was "tony". I was never offered a full refund. I was never given a choice of either "upgrades" or a "full refund". The only thing I was ever offered was a partial credit of $80 by "Tony" for my troubles...which I told him where to put his $80...you can put it in the same place you pathalogical liar. People, read these other reviews, google the company name, don't waste your time and money. Darren, why dont you post your offer to me for a full refund or upgrade and my response. The reason you wont is because the offer was never there, and I never had a choice. You and your company are nothing but BS!

This company advertises items it doesn't stock and willingly admits it. They send "alternative" items. In my case 4 of the 5 items were "alternatives". I will list what they considered alternatives for what I ordered below. Before that, I want to say that if anyone is considering buying from this company..just try calling them. That will show you what kind of support you will get when your order is wrong. The phone is never answered! I am not exagerating. If anyone says they called there and the phone was answered I would say that person works there. Emails are replied to about every 3rd day, and they never address your concern. Their response to please call me prior to shipping my order was, "Hello, your order will be shipped on monday. Your customer service rep, Tony" I ordered amplifiers to replace ones that were stolen out of my boat. The install was custom so I needed the exact amps I ordered so the mounting holes would line up. The amps I ordered also had built in cooling fans, a necessity for the AZ heat during the summer on the lake. The amplifiers they sent me were a year newer and without cooling fans. They came with no end caps $30 per amp (the ones I ordered already had end caps included according to the site) The mounting holes did not match up, so I had to do a complete new install rather than being able to utilize the existing false walls. They considered this an upgrade. Tony said in his email that the amps I ordered are "gone for eternity". Well, why advertise them...even to this day? And, why does ubid, woofers etc., and countless other sites still have these same amps available? This is not the end. I also ordered two subwoofers in enclosures. Anybody who knows anything about subwoofers knows that a dual 4 ohm voice coil sub is a completely different piece of equipment than a dual 2 ohm voice coil. You guessed it...I ordered two dual 2 ohm subwoofers and received 2 dual 4 ohm subwoofers. Take a look at their weekly specials. I ordered the "Kicker VS12L5 L5 Sub Single 12 inch dual 2 ohm subwoofer" (s). The packing slip says the exact same. What I received was two dual 4 ohm subwoofers. These are useless to me unless I want to cut my wattage in half. I bought the correct equipment off of ubid, who I should have stuck with...and will from here on out. I spent almost 1300.00 at this store and have nothing but a stockpile of amps and subs that will perform to half of their potential due to the stores error. Beware, they get away with this practice over and over with minimal accountability. Check The better business bureau for MO and you will see like I did (too late) or just simply google their name...you won't even have to go to a second page and you'll claearly see all of the problems these people caused.
