they have got to be kidding me, never recieved my speakers finally had a claim done and got my money back after over a month of dealing with these people, actually not dealing with them since they dont answer phones and barely answer emails. my advice steer clear of this company, before they try and screw you.

"Most of the order came quickly and proply. How ever, The "custom" box for my truck didn't fit. They would not return the box, and wouldn't respond to my emails until I put a stop payment on paypal. So they offered me a credit on a new mtx box that would work. It then took them 6 weeks to get the box to me after I paid them another 200 bucks. It did get here, just 5 weeks longer then they should have, after I had a problem that didn't need to happen in the first place. I would not order from them again. "

I have been in contact with Darren and Tony there customer service reps for about 21 e-mails. They keep giving me the same BS excuse of your product will ship at the end of the week. They've said that for the past 3 weeks. Two days ago I asked to cancel my order for a full refund and this is the e-mail response I got from Tony.

Wait a couple more business days?? I've been waiting a month already and you keep giving me the same excuse. I'm not waiting any more business days. Cancel my damn order. I have yet to hear back from them yet. I placed a dispute with paypal and am awaiting action. I will update this post when I hear some information about what is going on.

They still haven't responded to any of my emails in the last 2 days, plus the phone number they have on their webpage brings you to an automated response which asks you to leave a message pretty much. They say all their customer service reps are unavailable, but I doubt that. There is no one there to answer calls.
