"After reading reviews for years, it is always disheartening to see an excellent dealer defined by poor reviews representing such a small number of transactions. I am not here to say they are fictional, but to point out the fact that there are two sides to every story (and that we all make mistakes).

My business dealings with HiFi Sound Connection have been fantastic! I have been purchasing audio equipment (automotive and professional) for ten years and have been a customer of HiFi for about five. They consistently have the best prices and stock only the highest quality brands. They also have a stable merchandise base (i.e. they still carry brands I have been purchasing for years) and maintain those brands (i.e. they carry the latest product lines from those brands). HiFi has been in business for eleven years, which for an audio dealer (especially automotive), is very impressive. These are qualities I look for in every dealer I buy from. In the long run, when you have a consistent dealer to rely on, you will save a lot of time, money, and energy!

Unfortunately, purchasing any kind of audio equipment can be very confusing. I recommend thoroughly researching your purchase before committing to buy a product from any dealer (trust me; you are responsible for purchasing errors). Also, it is critically important to know exactly what you are doing when installing and and/or operating any audio equipment (professional installation is recommended for a reason). You can only be mad at yourself if you order the wrong product, damage it during installation, void the warranty (if applicable), and burn your car to the ground in the process. Relying solely on customer service and negative reviews to solve your problems is never the solution!

"I have ordered multiple times from you guys - and every order was shipped on the same day, I had it the next day. This is the primary reason that I order from you - 1 day shipping! Well, my last order - this didn't happen. I ordered some items Wednesday that I needed delivered for a weekend project. Unreasonable? Not based on past experience with your company. So, figured I'd go for it. I had another order that was supposed to come in Wednesday (but was delayed from UPS) - and I emailed CS to ask a question - and then asked for my tracking number for the order placed earlier that day (so I could leave it with UPS on a note so I didn't have to sign for it). I was told that my tracking number would come over "after 5:30PM". Well, it didn't. I emailed Thursday and mentioned that if it didn't ship that day - I don't need it. I'll buy locally instead. No response. I tried calling.......multiple times. No answer. Left voicemails. No reply.

Guess what? The order shipped LATE Friday night. Still no response to my emails or calls!

Sorry guys - you won't get another cent from me. I don't deal with companies that don't communicate.

EDIT - got the order the Monday after.......and they messed it up. Its frankly not worth my time to try to reach out to the company - I already know they don't respond."
