To be honest with ya! I wouldn't shop online, anywhere else for Stereo Equipment! I CAN NOT see what those other customers are talking about! I have had nothing but, excellent, professional customer service! I have ordered thru customer service. An they were VERY,VERY! helpful! Shopping online was just as easy. Site has awesome navigating ability, an can find what your looking for. In a matter of minutes. Know what? I just answered my own question! LOL They definitely don't know what they're talking about! I mean come on! How could it be any easier or better then Hi-Fi Sound Connection. They have everything, at a great price. Fast shipping & excellent customer service! "I ordered 2x re-manufactured Kicker S12L5 subwoofers. The products was excellent! Great product for a great price. It was "new" all over again.

However, I paid twice for the shipping. Once with the purchase of the actual subwoofers, then again at my front door when they arrived.

Also, a subwoofer stopped working within the first day of installation. I emailed HiFi Sound Connection and 2 weeks later I recieved an email with the RA#.

"I have bought from these guys(HIFISOUNDCONNECTION) on 2 different car stereo's.

Both were for my own vehicles, and both included Capacitors, Battery Terminals and 4Gauge wire....etc....not super high-end, but 1000w systems nonetheless, and certainly not every day setups.

Every piece of gear I have bought here was perfect. Good Quality, Market Prices, sometimes a bit lower even...and MOST IMPORTANTLY, to me, they worked, first time, every time....no issues at all, and SHIPPED FAST.
