"First of all I would like to say that HIFISOUNDCONNECTION has the WORST possible customer service I have ever encountered!! I had a thousand dollar order which included two 1000x1 Kicker amps. When I recieved them they were both not putting out any sound at all!! Tony from customer service told me to check again because it probably wasn't possible for both to be bad. I had already checked, Tony was just wasting time so as not to give me an RA number in time to meet the return deadline. When he finally did give an RA number I would have had to 3 day ship the items to meet the deadline. He also told me that if the product and packaging were not 100% in the same condition as I recieved them I would be charged 50%. This I took as just another game to get me to keep their crappy broken amps!! I would HIGHLY recomend NEVER buying anything from HIFISOUNDCONNECTION!!!!"

"Ordered a Pioneer XM Sat receiver. Ebay storefront indicated 85 in stock. Now they are telling me they will get their order sometime in the next week. FRAUD!!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! It should not take 15+ days to ship an alledged in stock item. I have asked cust. service for a refund and will be pursuing with ebay."

"So this is my story. I bought a Kicker amplifier through this store, and to say. The shipping was not bad, I recieved the order the next week. Once I recieved the order, I was so eager, that in the same day, I took it to the nearest CC store to have this thing installed. Everything was fine.....until i smelled smoke. I took a look in the back to see what it was, turned out that it was the amp. Blown. So i said, no biggie, Hifisound will replace it for a new one. And remember, this was the same day. So ASAP i called them, they had me on hold for like one second until the operator told me all their reps were busy. I live in Cali, so I called at 9:00 a.m. How busy can it get. So I kept calling until my 14 days were up, so I gave up hope. I instead cut the middle man, and sent it to Kicker, and when I got the amp again, the thing blew again, so as I am writing this, my amp problem has not been resolved. Very poor customer service, no, actually, THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, because no body can get a hold of any reps. I would highly recomend this store called sonicelectronix.com, they have it all. And great customer service. Believe me, I know all about customer service, so I know that for 1, the customer is always #1. I sure wish I could work for these irritating people, for I would most likely improve this store's customer service rating...Before no body buys from them..I can rest assure that I will never, ever buy from them again!"

"Never,Never,Never order from here worst place in the world the cust service is well there isnt any this company is a joke.I ordered a box that they said would fit my sub,they were wrong it doesnt.They never answer my emails,phone calls nothing and its been about a month.Ill admit i got the box about 6 day from ordering it but who cares it doent do me any good.all of the ppl that have good things to say about this company in these posts are probably somehow affiliated with them.FU HI FI SOUND, U SUCK ASS YOU RIPOFFS!!!"

"I placed an order with hifi sound connecion on January 18th and it is now April 4th and I have still not recieved one of my parts. I have experienced the WORST customer service I have ever had. I have sent repeated emails and multiple calls. I recieved unsatisfying answers and now they are not emailing me back since I am asking for a refund for the part I never got. Avoid ordering from this site at all costs!"

"Placed order on 1-30-08 received package on 2-4-08 with only 2 of the five items shipped.
E-mailed and asked when to expect the rest of my order. This is the response I got on Feb 5

“Hello, The rest of your items will finally arrive either this Friday or Monday

Now this is what I get on Feb 11 after requesting to change the backordered items to anything they
might have in stock.

Ok we are on March 26 2008 almost 90 days after I placed my order and I have yet to receive all of my items nor have I been given a refund. Have not heard a word from them and have contacted my credit card company to try and get my money back.

"My husband bought me an Infinity BassLink II Car Audio 250W Powered Subwoofer System for my BMW for christmas from HiFi Sound. Once installed there was an issue that it would turn itself off within 10 sec of having the car turned on. We read up on the internet that this is a flaw with Infinity. We then proceeded to return this item back to HiFi Sound Connection for a refund. It is now March 12, 2008 and we have STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR REFUND. I have the FedEx receipt proving that it was dropped off at their facility with a signature by L. Lewis on Dec 26, 2007. We were told we would be refunded the amount of the purchase which was $239.95 less a 15% re-stocking fee. We followed all instructions to properly return the package back to Hi Fi Sound. They are no longer returning our phone calls so I am now letting those wishing to purchase from this reseller that you may get your order just fine. But don't expect to be able to return it and if you do, don't expect to get your money back. "

"My order was placed on a Tuesday with 2nd day air shipping which ended up being of no use because they didnt even ship it till Friday afternoon,seven days to recieve a package with 2nd day air is ridiculous. I seem to be one of the lucky ones though my order only took four days to ship ive seen some that have taken over a month. Still not satisfied though."
