"Buy from this company with extreme caution. They do not answer phone calls or return emails. I wanted to place my order over the phone but there sales department wont answer and when you leave a message after waiting they wont call you back. When you email them the dont email you back. There web site states shipps same day. I placed my order at 11:30 central time didnt ship till next day and only one package actually shipped other package hasnt been sent yet. I tried to call to see what was going on and guess what they still didnt answer my phone call. I emailed them again and dont really expect an answer. I would strongly recomend buying elsewere this company has the worst customer service I have ever experineced."

I have recommended this company to my cousin and a few friends. They've purchased 3 Kicker amps and a some speakers from here as well. We've never had an issue with receiving our stuff and it all shipped out quick. I have not had any issues that I needed to contact the company about so I cannot rate their customer service. I feel comfortable doing business with them again... I placed an order for a zx1500.1 and two s12l7 2ohm dvc subs from them today. I will try to remember to leave a review for that after everything is delivered.
The main thing to keep in mind with any online company is never hesitate to bring your CC company into the mix when you have troubles recieving the goods you paid for from any merchant. If you don't get something in the box your product was supposed to arrive in, and they don't return phone calls or e-mail in 48 hours then it's time to call the CC company and get them involved. Playing phone tag trying to resolve an issue yourself for a month will really complicate any attempt at a charge back."

"I ordered a set of Infinity 6020cs Car Audio Reference 6 1/2" Component Speakers, Infinity 3022cf Car Audio Reference 3 1/2" Deck 2-Way Speakers, and a Custom Dual 12 Vented Subwoofer Box. Now I received the Subwoofer Box and the 3 1/2" Speakers. It took a few days longer to sent the Subwoofer Box I am guessing because of weight it too longer. However, I did not receive my 6 1/2" speakers. After reading these reviews I guess I will never see them. I have called this company 100's of times and sent many e-mails. Just don't get anything from this company. In a way I can say I broke even since the 3 1/2" speakers sell for $100 and the sub box is another $150 and real places such as BestBuy and Crutchfield.com. It just sucks that no one has return my calls or e-mails. I contacted my Credit Card company. Maybe they will do something about it. I am happy that my loss wasn't too great. Sometimes one has to learn the hard way."

"First you double charge my credit card. Then you don't answer or return any of my phone calls/ emails. On top of that you did not ship one of the items with no messages or warning on when you guys plan on sending it, or if your even planning on sending it. And the automated answering hotline you provide never actually sets you up with an operator. Plus when you leave messages they do not return your calls. The customer email service sucks because you never reply back regarding issues or questions about billing or products so you really can't get far when you have a problem. So as far as a review I will not do any more business with this company. Be prompt in sending the capacitor item Power Acoustic PCNC-3f since you did charge me for it, but did not send it. "I have made 5 large orders from hifisound connection in the past 2 years with mostly good experience. The only mix up sp far was they sent me the wrong box for my 2 15" kickers. Even though the box they sent me was a 15" kicker box they STILL DIDNT FIT! and when i attempted to return them to get what i ordered he said that he could only give me $30 store credit or $25 back on my card. I had to go up the chain of management a little but the box i ordered is on the way. I am kind of dissapointed that i ordered it on november 23 and i still can blast my 2 kickers. Other than that the customer service is usually very helpful and you will get ur problem solved or question awnsered, IF you can get ahold of them! I swear ive sent at least 10 emails to this company in the last 60 days and left many voicemails still with no return. you have to sit on the phone and keep dialing untill you get through."
