"i was not please with the way your shipping dept handle my order .i got an email saying my first order was decline due to my credit card so i sent an email to cancel .iorder with a different card few days later they process the first order now i have two orders charge to my cards i call and i was told i am responsible for shipping charges if i want a refund .now what kind of review should i give . i will still order stuff from your company because thats not the entire company fault .i would someone to do something about this order"

"I could not be any happier with the service from HiFi Sound Connection! For you "non-believers" or if you are not sure about buying from them, I will put it this way. I bought an item on a Saturday. By Tuesday morning I have an e-mail saying it has shipped including a UPS tracking number. By Tuesday evening when I got home it was in my mailbox. How can you beat that? Their prices are outstanding also. Have confidence and don't worry about buying from these guys. Thanks again!"

"That invoice number is the number I got off of PayPal. Also, I was given a tracking number that I checked, and it said that the package was delivered. However, I have never received package. I don't know what happened, whether it was a mistake in the address or the post office's mistake."

"I got a great deal from HiFisoundconnections on this amp! Plus, it got here about 3 days before I had even expected it. I've ordered many items from HiFi and I've never been disappointed. "Took several weeks for item to arrive. I was not advised that items were backordered. Never received a confirmation by email that order was ever processed. Customer Service was very poor in trying to find out when product was actually ship. When trying to find out when my Item was shipped, I would get responses stating the item shipped but they could never tell me the date it shipped. Only half of the emails I sent were actally answered. I could never use the Online Support option because it was never active. Even during business hours. I would not buy here again!"

"My third order with this vendor. First order - no trouble. Second order: I paid for "rush" overnight shipping. Four weeks later, the item arrived, too late for my project. No answer on vendor's customer service line. Days later, I reached vendor via email. Vendor said that he had "processing issues". Vendor offered to take item back, but only if I paid shipping and restocking fee. OK, fair enough. This order arrived damaged. So, I tried to contact vendor's customer service many many times with no luck. No response to my emails. I finally purchased my item from another vendor and got it in two days. Shipper may reimburse me for damaged item, no thanks to vendor. Stay away from HiFiSoundConnection! Their customer service number is a sham! I'm astonished that they don't have more negative feedback... "

"I dont know what happened?? I placed an order on the 29th of August that came on two seperate days the 11th and 12th of September. There were supposed to be 3 boxes supposedly sent to me: a subwoofer, a subwoofer box, and accessories necessary for my installation. I got the accessories and the subwoofer box, but the sub never came!! I can understand things being delayed, but when I call everyday for a week and no one is around to answer phone calls and emails after repeated attempts, that makes me angry. I left two messsages and never got a response to none of them. Ive ordered from this store before and there wasnt a problem, now I cant even get to talk to anyone. I dont know what the problem is but I think its messed up. Now, I ordered a subwoofer from this store and I expected to recieve it in a reasonable time, but if you dont have that item in stock, as this may be the case, then dont advertise that you have it!!! Some online stores will state a particular item is out of stock and let the consumer know that it is not available. If that was done then I would not be in a situation where I am waiting for my subwoofer. If there is any other reason that a delay might occur then let the consumer know. Ive been waiting for this product for over 2 weeks and I have not recieved any info on where it is at as of lately."

"Item was gouged a little but nothing that would hinder use and they offered to replace but i refused as it was completely useable and didn't want anything for free. They were extremely easy to deal with and acted VERY sincere about my problem. WILL DO BUSINESS AGAIN FOR SURE!!!!"
