"I had an excellent experience with HiFi Sound Connection. I ordered a Pyle PCA1 audio amp in order to add a couple of shelf speakers to my television. With the free shipping it was less than I would have paid at my local box store. I ordered on June 24th, it was shipped the next day, and one day later it was here. I was also pleasantly supprised to find a notice in with the package that I had warranty and if there was any mixup with the order there was no issue with exchange. The only thing that i would improve on is when the order was placed (on a Sunday) I didn't recieve any communication until after it was shipped the next day, however all in all a great transaction and I will definately keep them in mind when looking for similar things."

"BUYER BEWARE: If you plan on working with this company do yourself a favor and take a 50.00 bill and set it on fire and find a different company. Their website states the test items, you purchase with good faith, then when you receive it. The item turns out to be defective and in worse condition than the item you are replacing. Personally what they shipped to me I would have not sold it but put it in the trash. But they decided it was proper to ship out anyway since they have an ulterior motive becuase when it would not work, you call them they tell you you have to email their sales department. then you ask to return item that was substandard and completely defective they tell you, that you have to pay shipping to return it, and then they are going to charge you 35.00 to restock fee. which means they are going to sell the defective part to some other unsuspecting soul.

Which they do not care they got their money from you and all you got was 35.00 charge for absolutely nothing, and the addition cost of shipping item back. the only way that they want to have any communication is via email which is easy for them in a polite way to say screw you we have your money. they want to blame all defective items as damaged in shipping.

So save yourself time and frustration by finding a different company to work with. unless you have $50.00 just to throw away."

"I would highly recommend the Pyle(PLMCA40)300 watt audio with FM,SD and thumb drive capabilities. This compact amplifier was very easy to install on my Yamaha V-Star 1100 Classic and blasts a lot of power from the 3" speakers. I've shown this and played it for all my friends and they were impressed with the sound quality and really impressed when I told them it only cost $96.99. "
