"This is one of those few remaining on-line Companies that have arcane policies for the return of defective merchandise that require Customers to jump through hoops! Since this Company ships defective merchandise, you will have problems!

Only a very few remaining on-line retailers require their customers to return defective merchandise, (even if the defective product was only one of other non-defective products), in the original shipping container, including ALL original packing materials and the HiTech Vendors' barcode sticker on the container. HiTech Vendors' will NOT accept ANY returns if this requirement is not met. If you do not save these materials, your out of luck. Did HiTech Vendors purposely design their return policy to thwart the return of defective merchandise...? You be the judge!

I recommend that prospective customers stay out of harms way and don't take the chance. Do not repeat my mistake. Make your Purchase from another, reputable, on-line retailer!"

"I ordered a bulk quantity of SD cards from Hi Tech Vendors. The transaction was a pleasure. Sandra the sales agent was very infomative, and replied to all E-mails and phone calls quickly. She was very personable and knowledgable about the products I was requesting. I placed my order on Monday(1/26) and recieved them 2 days later on Wednesday(1/28) everything was as promised. "Recently I bought SD memory cards twice from this shop. Their price was very attractive and shipping/handling is free. Very fast handling and delivery. One thing to note before putting an order to this shop is that the mail they use at free shipping is the USPS First Class Mail and I don't know but its tracking system did not show the status information correctly for both cases of my order. However, their handling and shipping is very fast and I just waited a couple of days, and the package arrived.

"Ordered USB 2.0 Flash drive and received the wrong product. Sent email 2 times, left offline chat support and called customer service but still didn't resolve on how to go about exchanging the wrong item. Customer service promised will email RMA number and detail, but still has not received anything from them. This site does not have great communication at all with online customer. They are obviously missing the point being ONLINE retailers...

Update: Called again and once again they promised to fax over return label to ship back the wrong order. I wasted all morning waiting for their fax. Another day waiting for their lousy service to exchange their product. "
