" So I placed an order with them and wanted it cancelled immediately. For the next 4 days I didn't get word of what was going on, they deleted the items from their website, although no money was taken out of my account yet. During those 4 days I tried to get a hold of them through multiple options: opened contact tickets, emails sent, and calls with no resolution back. I decided to try to call yet again, and after awhile I reached someone in the sales dept. So they say they never got any of my cancellation tickets, emails, or calls (check the trash bin?); but they will cancel the item right away (this is the same day they took money from my account).
5 more days pass and no refund, and more non-contact from the company despite continual trying. Even though I was assured my order was taken care of and cancelled, at the end of the week, the package shows up with holes galore over it.(You'd think it may not be their fault, but with the trouble I already had I wouldn't put it pass them using a damaged box with crossed out labels and writing for a cheaper path). Somehow the items where ok, but I was very uneasy opening it up. I also payed extra for shipping the item through a different carrier and for speedy delivery yet it was mailed through a completely different carrier and slower. I'm exhausted, the cons are endless with the only pro being the original price. I'm sure I can get my money back selling them online, but why should I have to? Do yourself a HUGE favor and pick one of the other hundred hobby sites with good reviews."
