"The presales service was good enough, the advice was good and the sales guy was helpful. However, I was sent a pair of faulty cables. I spoke to the owner (Paul) who told me that it was my fault for not installing the cables correctly (seriously, all you can do with them is plug them in! where's the install in that?!). He went on to tell me that my claims were untrue (implying that I was being dishonest) and then went on to tell me that a 'smart' person would have tested the cables first (implying that I was stupid). Anyway, it was clear he wasn't interested so I let it go, but heck - what frustration!! I will not be shopping there again and would advise others to proceed with caution."
