"These guys are great. Here is what I liked about the way they handled my order for an Innovatek XXS water cooling kit:

1. Fast and extremely responsive customer service. Within a couple of hours, I exchanged several emails with them. They seem to answer emails fairly quickly (1-2 hours during regular business hours).

2. Speedy order processing. I placed my order at the beginning of the day and they shipped everything the same day. Some other online retailers charge $4 to get your order out the same day, and they don't offer any guarantees even if you pay.

3. Quick corrections. I complained about the fact that the waiting list link was broken and that the Innovatek XXS was listed as "in stock" on the main product page and "out of stock" when in the basket. Both of these were promptly fixed.

4. Attention to detail. Maybe this is not important to you, but it is important to me. When I got the package I was impressed with how neatly and precisely the packaging slip was folded in two and how carefully the items were packed. These guys pay attention to every aspect of the order, even those aspects of the order process that follow your handing the money over.

I can't recommend HighSpeed PC enough. These guys really earn their money."

"HighSpeed PC's web storefront is a little bit different because, for the most part, they only take orders on items currently is stock, and there is no way to review recent or past orders. The company was very responsive to my emailed questions about products I was interested in, how I could install them, and the status of my order. They told me reliable dates for when they would have products in stock (a convection radiator I wanted to order), and when my order would be shipped (a water cooling kit that is one of the items they allow pre-orders on when not in stock). They were serious enough about providing email help that, when I emailed some questions after I received some products, they were able to guess I planned to use one (an x800 AGP graphics card water cooler) with an incompatible product (the pci-e x800 version). They saved me some hassle by telling me about the incompatibility and then helping me return the water cooler and get one that would work better for my application. So, if you are looking for a company that will go the extra mile to help you get what you need, this is one."
