"Purchased a JVC 3D projector and a wall screen, took a couple weeks to get in but the end result is fantastic. Had a look at the Panasonic initially but the image on the JVC was nicer, plus they had a special on. Took a week longer then suggested but in the end I would shop there again!"

"I was hoping to get good service since their website looks better than most and have good deals on their products. However I was very disappointed with the service. 4 weeks after placing an order, I had not received any information on my order, whether it had shipped or was on backorder. I called them several times - in all cases being put on hold for long periods then promised that someone will get back to me, but not once did anyone do.
Finally on week 6 the projector shipped, after numerous calls and asking for cancellation & refund. I was expressly told that the lens would ship the next day, but it didnt. More calls had to be made inorder to get a tracking number. After another week the projector arrived without the lens. I made on average 3 calls a day for the next 5 business days inorder to get them to finally ship the lens.
So it took 2 months for me to get a complete projector after they had cashed my money - only because I thought the them being $80 cheaper than the next place was saving money. I regret it. Time is money.
I will never, never, NEVER buy from these guys again and would never recommend if they are to ship - better pick up if you are close to them."
