"If there was a minus star, I would have checked that, but I had to click on one star to continue. I returned an item per their return policy to the address provided, and they never refunded me my money back. So they kept the item, plus kept my money. I ordered is on 10/8/18 for Halloween, and it arrived in November. I tried to file a claim with Paypal, but the fake Hiipps company said I did not provide a shipping company nor a tracking number, so therefore they decided in the seller's favor. I did some investigating, and they have a D rating with the Better Business Bureau. There was nothing that suggested having to send it with tracking. I had my return address and it was never sent back, so they indeed receive it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY! I should have investigated sooner. Lesson learned. A ton of negative reviews with either my same issue, or people never received product, or their refund. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!"
