"Bad, Bad company! They do not support their products. I bought a gun and the selection switch (safe, full, semi,) was not functioning properly. The phone number on the paper work with the product was not correct and I could not reach them. I finally went on their web site and got the correct number. I called them and explained the problem. They said I would have to pay for shipping to send it back because I called 3 days after the package was delivered. I was upset and asked to talk to the manager or boss. I talked to a guy named Eric. He said he would send a pre-paid shipping invoice if I would go online and give them a good rating through amazon (where I bought it). He said to call him back after I gave him the good review and then he would confirm the good rating and then send the pre-paid invoice (I know, sounds fishy) but what else could I do. Needless to say he never sent me anything."
"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! I sent the products back after they sent me the item and spent $58.00 on bbs and the gun ans $13.00 to ship it back. They sent me a completely different gun and two broken bags of bbs!!!! The Gun they were advertising was a NAVY COMMANDO and they sent me an M83!!!!! The gun was cheap and plastic and they only issued me $37.00 for a return?!?!?! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SELLER!!!!!!! I would recommend NEVER EVER EVER BUYing from these guys! I placed an order on December 22 for an airsoft pistol and gun case. Seller stated 3-5 business days for shipping. I did not receive the order until January 10 (19 calendar day and 14 business days). I sent multiple emails to customer service and tried calling as well to get a status, tracking information or ship receipt date. They were not helpful: their response (via email) was for me to call my local Post Office. In that email was verbiage about paying for return shipping AND a restocking fee!
Finally, upon receipt, the gun case was NOT even close the one I ordered and that was clearly pictured on their website (price was $45). I received a very cheap gun bag that was available on several other web sites for between $16-$20. I immediately notified the seller (and included a picture of the bag I ordered), and as of today (6th day), have no response from them.
From reading reviews on this seller - after the fact - I see that this appears to be a common practice: delays in receiving products and not getting the product you ordered (bait and switch I call it!). Lesson Learned: DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING AND LISTEN TO OTHER CONSUMERS!
Fortunately, I purchased the item via the Amazon.com Marketplace and was able to work with Amazon Customer Service directly - after no response from the seller. Amazon has a great "A-Z Guarantee Protection" program. I filed an A-Z claim, they investigated it, and granted me a full refund (just yesterday).
The seller has been notified of the claim against them, the fact that I was issued a full refund, and that the gun bag is not what I ordered. I have not received any communication from them. I cannot wait to return these items, get this awful situation over with, warn others about them, and NEVER buy another product from them. I love Amazon, but will look very closely at the seller reviews in the Amazon.com Marketplace."
"These guys suck, purchased 400+ dollar gun and thing was piece of junk, loose screws, loose scope rings, broken cap, jammed right away, had to be taken apart to tighten everything. Sad thing is my son paid for it with his own money, what a let down! Sent back and they would not take it back said there were scratches on it and reason it jammed was because it was dropped, Bull#@!&. Wanted to charge 40% restocking fee, told them to send it back and didnt even send all parts back. Customer service guy was a moron!!"
"I purchased 3 guns on-line from them. due to 2 shipping errors I recieved the guns 2 weeks later than the items I purchased from other companies. 2 of the guns were broken but they assured me they could get me replacements before the date I'd have my family visit. (I ordered everything a month in advance to give time for issues) I recieved an e-mail from them stating my packages will be there 3 days later than promised (which was to late to be any use to me) "ahead of scedual" This company literally screwed up every single thing to do with my order. Nothing at all went right."

"As you can see with other reviews, do not order from this company. I ordered through Amazon.com for my son for Christmas a couple weeks before Christmas. It is now December 30, no items. Their email said it was shipped and would arrive by December 20th yet the tracking number they gave is not even active yet (meaning it hasn't left their place).
Luckily, I used Amazon and can go through them to resolve issues so not all is lost (yet). Run from this retailer, unless you really hate your money and just want to give it away."
"BEWARE!!! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!! Ordered a sniper rifle for my son Dec. 3. Received no tracking number. Finally called and actually got a person who gave me a tracking number and I was relieved when the product actually arrived on Dec. 14. However, the bipod on the rifle was really loose, and here is where they totally lost my business: after ten phone attempts ("sorry, you can't leave a message", to the more bizarre message of "thank you for using hulu voicemail", to their system cutting your call, there IS NO customer service after the sale. Even if you press for help with an order you will get NO ONE. How I even reached someone to get a tracking number that day must have been a minor miracle. Their return policy is worded such as to give you an impression they will honor "warranty" work, but with no way to contact them (because they do not answer their phones, return messages, or answer their emails) you are basically stuck. Oh, they like to send out computer generated emails asking you to rate them and their service, but it is a sham. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!! My son saved and saved to get this gun...should have done a company review first. Even if by some other miracle I actually get a live person on the phone, they have lost all future business with me. I am also highly suspicious that they are a reseller for company returns...I can't even have the confidence that what we received is a first-quality product since they put a sticker in the box saying they "opened the packaging to test the product".

We received a defective battery for an airsoft gun, that never worked and was shipped out without plastic covering, so the battery fell apart. They refused to refund after repeated calls and emailing photos. Finally spoke with manager Andy, who later tells me he is owner?!Tells me that he checked with employees, actually "yelled at them" for sending out defective goods. And they denied, so now it's not their fault. No joke!!"
"I ordered from hitguns and as one of the others reviewers stated it was impossible to track my order, my order came with a broken piece on it and when it shot it only fired about 50 rounds and after that it started smoking while making a electronic buzzing noise after I had payed 5 dollars for a quality assurance check which I believe was fake because I had watche many reviews and chronographs of this gun and their chronograph was off by about 50 fps showing that they probably didn't check it and just wrote a random number on it, they also didn't sign their name showing who did it,I also have had some trouble contacting them by way of e-mail because of the time it took forthem to respond. so overrall I am very displeased and would not recommend buying from there while I did order it during christmastime it was still crummy service and products."

The gun was cracked at the end of it which may have been from shipping but the gun package itself was also missing the charger and charging rod. I emailed them no response, called them and they said email with pictures of the gun and that the missing parts don't come with gun and not sure why they show in book that they do. Still no response to email with pictures, emailed two more times after that and still no response. I am highly dissatisfied with their customer service. "
