"HitchAnything advertises that you can return anything which you purchase. That assertion is not true. I purchased a wiring kit, which is unopened. When I emailed about returning it a week ago, I received no response whatsoever. When I called, I was informed that it could not be returned even though it was not the best choice for my vehicle. I am very disatisfied with their customer service and broken promise."

When calling the company via the phone number listed on that website, I was unknowingly redirected to a "sister" company (hitchanything.com) that shares the number but has a higher price! They processed the order and when confronted with the discrepancy, refused to issue a credit. Multiple contacts to their customer service department have been met with silence. Be wary when dealing with them."

"1.The response to my order and shipment were very fast. 2. The shipping material was weakly packed without proper cushion so the box arrived damaged and thanks God no parts were lost. 3. The hitch itself looks very durable. 4. The holes, which are more on the inside and connect to the bumper, for Infiniti FX35 are done on bad spots due to the fact that on their way there is a protective foam on the inside of the bumper- so when we tried to install them the screws could not be vertical and did not go in the holes so we had to use some tricky tools to destroy some foam on the inside for them to go straight and inside of the holes. Unless the help of two professional mechanics the installation for me would be impossible. It took over 2 and a half hours and some miracles for them to do the job."
