"Ordered a hitch from HitchAnything that they're website said would fit my vehicle. 2001 Jeep Cherokee. Hitch arrived quickly but it was the wrong hitch. After calling up HitchAnything because I wanted to exchange the item they said they don't do exchanges and that they're sales department would send me an email of where to send the hitch back to. The email from them asked what year make and model my vehicle was, um the one I ordered the hitch for obviously. 4 days later they finally gave me an address to send the hitch back to. After I had the UPS tracking confirm that they had it for over a week and still had not heard from the company I wrote them an email asking what was going on. They replied ironically The warehouse notified us this morning, your order is being sent to accounting today. Thank you. After another 2 weeks of not receiving my money I wrote them another email to which I got no reply. I waited and waited and waited. After another 2 weeks I called the company to ask what was going on. Finally a month after they had the hitch back they refunded $111.11 back of the $140.00 the hitch cost. Plus it cost me $40.00 to send it back. Terrible company to deal with if you need to return something. Will never deal with them again. You need to call the manufacturer of the hitches Curt to know the right one for your vehicle because they're website isn't all ways right and if you get the wrong hitch from them you get the shaft!"
