"Ordered a hitch for my 2006 accord. Their search feature made it very easy to find the correct part for my car. Looking at the instruction manuals I'm pretty sure all of these add-on hitches (Reese, Hitch Unlimited, Uhaul, etc...) are all made by the same company and just labeled differently but this was by far the cheapest shipped price. When the product arrived the packaging was less than desirable and had parts of the hitch sticking out of the box. It appears they just placed the hole thing loose in a box with no extra packing material to hold it in place. That being said, I wasn't too concerned because all of the pieces were there and it's a hitch, so a few scratches didn't bother me (I just hit it with some black rustoleum where it had been scratched and it was good as new). Installation was a breeze, fast, easy and had it installed in 30 minutes. I have had this installed for almost a year now and have been very satisfied. I use this for my Thule 4-bike hitch rack and it works great. Overall, packaging needs improvement but everything else was great and I would recommend to anyone. I rated the shipping "fair" because although the packaging was poor, it didn't impact product performance and the speed was great."
