"I ordered a 2003 Toyota Sequoia Multi-Plug T-One Connector Assembly, 7-Way Flat Pin Connector/4-Flat Combo Adapter Harness for 7-Way U.S. Car Replacement Socket for 7-Way OEM Lexus & Toyota Vehicles 20137. The part plugged directly into the harness of the vehicle. However, the plug was not wired directly. I had to pay more to have the wires fixed than I saved by buying a part that was supposed to be plug and play. Save your money and have a professional wire your vehicle for you. After emailing Hitch Anything about the problem, I never received anything, not even an acknowledgement that they received by email. Will not be buying from them again."

"The Bulldog product was damaged upon delivery (from mfg not Hitch Anything). Very poor packaging on behalf of Bulldog. It took several days to hear back from Hitch Anything on what they were doing about it. They did have a replacement shipped. Could have been better communication from Hitch Anything on what was being done. Price was great. I would use them again. "

"I ordered a Hidden Hitch brand for my new Toyota RAV4, and was sent a DrawTite instead, with no communication from HitchAnything to ask me if the substitution was okay. I had previously had a Hidden Hitch brand hitch on my old Tracker LT, and was very satisfied and familiar with the brand.
Even though the DrawTite was slightly (under $2) more expensive than the HiddenHitch brand, I would have preferred to have received what I ordered. Too late now - I had an appointment at a garage to attach the hitch and didn't know it wasn't what I ordered until after the garage had installed it."

They said the draw-tite brand hitch was on back order and offered a hidden hitch brand hitch with higher retail price for the same price as the draw-tite. The hidden hitch brand hitch shipped that day and arrived two days later."
