The bike rack was denting my trunk lid so I contacted their customer service line to request a return. The 1st time I called I got right through to a courteous & professional rep. After my initial request to return my purchase I was never able to get through after numerous attempts. I just got put on hold for the next available rep for 30+ minutes or leave a message for them to call me back. The never returned my phone call messages. I did get a couple of emails questioning the damage to my car, but no instructions on how to return the item & get my money back. It was very disappointing experience. I wish I would have read other reviews regarding this company prior to making this purchase. I would have paid a little more to deal with a reputable company and know that I could return the product without having to jump through numerous hoops to get a refund."

"I purchased the Curt Hitch #13577-201024808 for my Nissan Murano. This hitch was everything it was promised to be. After watching a couple of YouTube videos on how to install, I was confident I could do it and made the purchase. Delivery was quick and to the doorstep.
I got everything I needed ready to go, laid down on the floor to start the process, and I was amazed at how easy installation went. I was literally done in 20 minutes Nd with a HIGH degree of confidence that all was good.
As easy as that was, using the hitch with my bike rack is even easier. I got the hitch so I could mount a 2" Yakima 4 bike rack on the back. It has a tilt down feature so I can leave it mounted in the car most of the summer. But in the fall and early winter, it is super simple to remove the rack takes only 3 minutes to put knot take off. I highly recommend the Curt hitch I bought. It is solid and reliable so far. "
