"3 strikes and you're out! Pretty poor experience. I ordered the hitch to arrive several days before my vacation. It arrived the night before I left. The highly touted powder coated finish was very beat up. It had more than a dozen scratches, scrapes, nicks & dings. Further, it was the previous years model ( max tongue weight 350 #'s vs. 500 #'s). They were closed for the day and I was leaving in a few hours. I took a deep breath and just accepted it. It bolted on with no problems and worked just fine. At some point when the rust gets bad enough I will take it off & refinish it. Would definitely buy the hitch again but not from them. 3 strikes (late delivery, old model, arrived damaged) and you're out."

"On Feb. 26th I ordered a package from HitchAnything.com, I was told I would receive an email from ups with tracking number. I still have not received the package or the email. I had to call HitchWnything and get the tracking number. The package It is stuck somewhere in another state because the shipper (HitchAnything) put the wrong zip on it. They seem to have the order all mixed up. Now UPS says it will take another 3 days before I can expect to receive my package. 10 days from the day I ordered, and my credit card was charged on Feb 27. I am not a happy costomer. HitchAnything is not a for me, ever again. Well maybe I won't get it then. I just looked at tracking number, and now my package is going the other way, back the way it came from. I have never had such a mixup."
