"A few minutes after placing my order, for which I paid $296.07 with a credit card, I called back Hitchanything.com and cancelled some items. Although the sales person said that $144.99 would be returned to my credit card, it was never done. The cancelled items were not sent to me either. I called back many times but no I was put on hold by the computer literally for hours. During subsequent attempts, someone answered and again indicated that the credit would be issued but it never happened. My money was kept. I was robbed and that is not right."

"I would strongly recommend caution when dealing with HitchAnything. I bought a Bulldog jack for my trailer. The product it self seemed fine. I never could use it because it did not fit my trailer. I called them and they approved a refund gave me a case number and said after they received the package for inspection they would issue a refund. Well that was the last I ever heard from them. They got there product back I never got a refund. I had the package sent with UPS requiring signature so I even hold proof they got the package but they will not answer my emails, phone calls or written letters. Bottom line they ripped me off. They got there package back most likely sold it again and kept my $521.30. The strangest thing is after seven months I finally hear from them and it was to request a review. So here it is "

Firstly, I was hesitant to get this due to not being sure whether it will work on my Nissan Sentra, well it did. My shopping experience was great and I think I got it the cheapest on hitchanything website at the the time i was shopping. Just an FYI, the installation instructions were straight forward and I installed this alone , it took me about an hour or a lil more. By the way, I towed a U-haul motorcycle trailer on a Nissan Sentra all the way from Nashville to New Jersey then loaded it with a motorcycle and drove back to Nashville without any issues."
