"My product came defective. It took two shipments to get the correct part from the manufacturer, and once installed the product quality was poor and was unusable. The hitchanything policy is once the product is opened they do not take returns. Are all their products so poor quality they need that strict of a return policy? I contacted them about the poor quality of their product, they made claims that they want their customers to be happy with their products, but then failed to follow through with that statement.
