"STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS !!! THEY ARE DISHONEST !
Purchased PalmConnect USB Kit from HitechOutlets.com. They sent me the wrong item. I was told to return it and re-order. They refused to refund the shipping price even though they made the mistake in shipping the wrong item. I spent several days trying to get a straight answer, spending upto an hour on the phone on each call. Never got a resolution."

"PIRATES! Ordered OEM Windows XP Pro, got Volume License install CD *WITH PIRATED LICENSE CODE*. Took *TWO WEEKS* for refund, had to justify myself to get my $9 shipping back for ILLEGAL GOODS. Do *NOT* buy from these frauds."
