"I placed an order for a hoyer lift battery, but inadvertently ordered two. I receive both batteries, and installed one of them; it worked fine. I then completed the online return form to send back the 2nd one. I received the code for the return and the following information on April 21, 2024:

There has been no further information and I have emailed them several times. I've called numerous times, but they don't answer and you can't leave a message.
