"I ordered some "universal" rollator handles for my Mom's walker. They did not fit. I tried to exchange them for handles with longer cords but HME didn't have any. My only option was to return the handles. I was charged $16.42 on a $40.90 order. A $10 return shipping fee and $6.42 (15%) restocking fee. I wouldn't recommend using HME Medical Shop unless you're 100% about the item you're ordering. It cost me $16.42 for nothing. Also, mailed the return items to HME on June 27th and just received my partial refund today, Aug 6th."
