"I was completing an order and promo box appeared saying promo had been applied for free shipping. However, order was showing ship charge despite promo. I called the company and all I got was "the item does not qualify for free shipping". My qx was then why is the order showing free shipping has been applied??? Needless to say I could not get an answer only a continuous robotic response that the item does not qualify for free shipping. False, confusing and misleading information and that's a big negative for Hobby Lobby."
