"I ordered a whole bunch of parts from HobbyPartz because I'm new to rc planes and don't have the supplies. I searched a variety of sites to look for the cheapest parts and the best quality. HobbyPartz seems to be a veteran! The shipment came in a whopping 2 days and in good condition. One problem i had with a transmitter i ordered was that there wasn't any manual along with it. I don't know if it isn't suppose to come with it or if there was a misplacement of some kind so my opinion is neutral on it. There was a very good positive on this shipment however.I ordered a 30A speed controller ,having none. Instead of one, I found two! I don't know if it was a mistake, but I will always think of that as an act of kindness. HobbyPartz will be my main rc plane parts seller!"

"The order was acnolowged and tracking number was provided. After a few days the USPS did not show the parcel in transit. I called customer service.. they are very rude, un-polite and not customer oriented. After the call the parcel appeared in transit and arrived fine.
Today i tried to buy at XHELI.COM and after two sucessive online orders cancelled with no reason, i tried over the phone. I was told i had been banned for ever for accusing them of delaying a shipment !!!!
I learned that HOBBYPARTS.COM, XHELI.COM and NITROPLANNES.COM had a common blacklist !!!
Do not call customer service .. !!!! you are going to be BANNED !!!! there and no one know if in more sites !! do not ask for fair play !!!!

"Well this is the second time that I have tried to order batteries that show in stock on the website yet they don't ship. Before placing the order I even asked "Sam" on the live chat if they had the items in stock I was told "we have plenty". When I check the status of my order it is still processing. I received no emails that any items were in backorder status. The stock status on the website is very inaccurate and you can't depend on this place to send your order out."
