"these liers had the product i tried to purchase listed INSTOCK in their store, then after they take my money and send me a tracking number, they tell me 4 days later that it never shipped because it was backordered and they dont have it, so i give them the replacement order and at the end of the week they tell me that's out of stock too, but i check the website and it says INSTOCK, after checking with their live help person he says "YES it's in stock, it will ship tomorrow" then all of a sudden i get ANOTHER out of stock email and this time i check the website and it's changed to out of stock the next day. their phone message machine is soooooo quiet you can't hear it, no matter if you call the tool free, local number, or warehouse.. all the same super quiet message.. then BAM dial tone. i asked for a refund and now they wont talk to me and they haven't given my money back after 2 more days. THEY ARE LIARS, CHEATS, CROOKED S.O.B's.. NEVER EVRE BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, THEY'RE A SCAM. WORSE THAN EBAY.. LIARS!! monday morning, i'm calling the police and mastercard.. fraud fraud fraud fraaauuuuuuuuud!"
"Because my billing and shipping address were different,my order was on hold and I wasn't contacted because they tried my billing address phone and not the shipping address phone,but after I called and straightened that out ,my order was received as promised,except I was not notified of one item that was out of stock until I received the order.
