"I order 3 parts from hobbypartz for my 450 heli one part was what I ordered and looked just like the picture on there website. The other two parts were not like the picture that I ordered from. I ordered a 400 Alpha 3500KV motor and they sent me a motor that was no where near to what I ordered, matter of fact it looked like something that you would get off one of those auction sites. I emailed there manager and emailed pictures of wrong parts and they reshipped my order, again they sent me the wrong motor. I emailed there manager again and sent pictures of the wrong motor, he said that although the motor that I received may look different it was the same... All I WANTED WAS THE MOTOR THAT I ORDERED BASED ON THE PICTURE ON THERE WEBSITE. I also ordered a set of tail rotor blades which were suppose to be white in color they kept sending me black ones... not the ones in the picture on there website. MY QUESTION WOULD BE, IF HOBBYPARTZ WON'T SEND YOU WHAT YOU ORDERED BASED ON THE PICTURE ON THERE WEBSITE THEN WHY DO THEY EVEN BOTHER HAVING A PICTURE OF THE PRODUCT ANYWAY? I SHOULD SAY...
