"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Sent me a DOA (Dead On Arrival) copter (via GroupOn). They were nice about the exchange, although I had to pay shipping back to them, AND it took them over a month to get the replacement to me.
Then, the NEW replacement ALSO arrives DOA. Notified them within 4 days of receipt, and they said I am out of warranty?
WHAT? They sent me not one, but TWO copters that were completely non-functioning. Too light tto even be a paperweight.
