"Ordered an electric RC helicopter. When it arrived the transmitter didn't work, received wrong battery, and wrong manual. I have tried to contact this company, who has no phone number, only internet service. They said I needed to try to fix the transmitter myself, and that they would see what they could do about the battery. After three e-mails to them, they have not offered to do anything to fix any of the problems, and refuse to give a phone number to talk to a live person. I will never deal with this company again. BUYER BEWARE!!!"

"This company sells poor quality rc products and their service is just as bad. I bought a few ARF (almost ready to fly) kits and they were as good as junk with missing parts, wrinkled covering, cracked cowls, missing instruction manuals...etc. What a nightmare. I thought I was saving some money buying from them... but it turns out I wasted $$$. DO NOT BUY! BEWARE BUYER. They did not return my phone calls or emails! "
