"I ordered wall decals for my husband for Christmas. I placed the order on November 25, and it was supposed to ship in 3-8 days. The tracking number just kept telling me that “USPS awaiting item for shipping” for weeks. I tried to contact hoboninja but they do not have a phone number listed and their email does not work. I finally found an email for their umbrella company, jamminbutter, and I emailed them telling them my situation. They did respond within a couple days, but she said that it had shipped already when clearly it had not. She apologized finally and said she would make sure it was on the next truck out. This was December 12. Long story short I didn’t get my package until December 28. My husband went to put them on the wall today and they won’t stick, they just keep falling off, and they’re bent. So after all of that time we can’t even use it. I’ve tried emailing multiple times to get a refund but they are ignoring my emails. Worst company experience I’ve dealt with. "

"I ordered some tin signs from HoboNinja.com and I thought it was a good deal so I emailed my friends at work the link. I placed my order on May 21st, of the two orders only one tracking number works. My buddy just texted me saying he got his today on June 2nd. My order wasn't even shipped out until May 29th according to the one tracking number that works and from there it is FedEx SmartPost with an estimated 6 days shipping time from Tennessee to Boston, MA, yet my friend already received his and he lives in Boston, MA...so yeah I will not order for this company again.
Even with free shipping it is incredibly slow and apparently orders are not processed in ORDER and you can order first and get your stuff last. Great job!
I would recommend avoiding this website if you want your stuff in a timely fashion. I have bought things from China via Ebay and received them faster, that is pretty freaking pathetic in my book. Never again.

They shipped it to the wrong address and insisted that I must have entered the wrong address when placing my order (the address they shipped it to was not even close to my address). They offered to replace the shipment for an additional charge or refund 75%. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. This was the first and last time I've ordered from this lame excuse for a business."
