"I ordered some Protegra antioxidants here that turned out to be bad- several of the vitamins exploded within the packaging. They were slow to respond to my inquries and finally sent me an email to call the viatmin maker instead of taking the initiative to help. They never answer their 1-800 number either. Bad customer service. Will never order from them again."

"I made a purchase from hocks.com on a Monday at about 11:00 am PST. The order shipped 2 days later on Wednesday at 4:00 PM. I chose priority mail so I go the order 2 days after shipment.
One problem I had was that from the time of order to the time of receipt I did not receive ONE email confirming my order! This is a severe lack of communication on the sellers part in my opinion.
The merchandise did however arrive in good condition, was well packaged, and came with an invoice. Hocks also had the lowest price by far and the shipping prices weren't inflated which is why I chose to order from them.
Overall I was satisfied but I think if they say they will email an order confirmation, they should. I also think the 48 hour delay before shipment is a bit much, but isn't outrageous."

Customer support is non-existant. I made an $800 order with them and a lot of the goods were damaged. They didn't respond to emails and wouldn't give me my money back for the damaged goods or send me new packages. I lost a lot of money because of these scumbags."

Not only do they have prompt shipping but also in the event they make a mistake and ship the wrong item they promptly pickup the incorrect shipment at no expense to the buyer and resend the correct item at no additional cost. They have a regular customer in me."
